Lead time varies.

The larger pieces are typically fabricated to order. Current lead time is 3-4 weeks to manufacture. Examples include scalders, pluckers, tables, and kill cone stands. These items will also ship freight.

Smaller pieces, such as individual cones, plucker fingers, deboning cones, and parts will typically ship within 2-3 business days. These orders typically ship via UPS or USPS. 

Shipping and fabrication timelines are not guaranteed. We provide our best estimate and work in good faith to fulfill that estimate. If you have a processing deadline, please check with us prior to ordering. 

We consider an order to be ready to fabricate when we receive payment in full.

All Poultry Man scalders and pluckers include a 1 year parts warranty. This means if a component fails within 1 year of purchase, we will ship you a new component at no charge. 

Motors and gearboxes being replaced under warranty must be returned to Poultry Man. 

Parts typically ship next business day.

No. While we understand everyone has extenuating circumstances, our orders are fulfilled on a first in, first out order. It’s not appropriate to ask that your order be expedited at the expense of another customer. 

No. The towable charcoal grills and pig roasters are pickup only. They are road worthy; however, if you are traveling a long distance, loading the grills onto a bigger trailer can make for a smoother long-distance tow. 

We do contract some shipments with a private hauler who delivers for a per mile fee, calculated round trip from Mifflinburg, PA. It’s typically not economical for most orders.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, including PayPal financing options, check, and wire transfer (contact us for wiring instructions).

Payment in full makes an order and begins the fulfillment process. If you send a check, the start of the order begins when the check arrives.
