Thermostat (Aquastat)

Thermostats for Poultry Man scalders. These are available in analog (dial settings) or digital configurations. All Poultry Man scalder prior to spring of 2025 used an analog aquastat. Scalders after the spring of 2025 use digital.

You can add a digital thermostat to your older scalder, but the mounting point on your scalder won’t accommodate the new digital thermostat. You could fabricate your own bracket or mount the thermostat on the wall near the scalder.
