Set up to cook 40 lbs. of BBQ chicken or roast a 100 + lb. pig (without the head).

When cooking chicken, easily flip a 40 lb. rack of chicken with one hand. The chicken is “sandwiched” in a locking grate to ensure the chicken stays in place. Chicken is cooked on a high, direct heat.

When roasting a pig, insert the drip pan and flat cooking rack. This allows you to roast the pig at lower temperatures.

Charcoal Lighting Tips

In the center of each pit, place charcoal in a mound and light. Let it burn for 15 minutes, then use a shovel to level the briquettes out. Then cook.
