Stainless Evisceration Table w/ Backsplash

The stainless steel evisceration table features a backsplash with a solid rail enclosing the front and two sides. The rails keep your birds on the table and not on the floor. Water drains to the back of the table where a built-in trough catches and drains water.
Gutting table measures are 5′ long x 29″ deep.
