Stainless Evisceration Table w/ Backsplash

The stainless steel evisceration table features a backsplash with a raised lip enclosing the front and two sides. The design keeps your birds on the table and not on the floor. Water drains to the back of the table where a built-in trough catches and drains water.
Gutting table measures are 36″ high x 28″ wide x 56″ long. The overall height with the backsplash is 49″.
