The stainless scalder table is designed to mount onto the right side (drain side) of the rotary scalders without any tools, bolts, or screws. A raised rail prevents birds from falling off the table. this table can be added to any Poultry Man rotary scalder. If you’re ordering a new scalder, you can add the table as an option (and eliminate the shipping charge).

The scalder table was originally designed for a processor who needed extra space on his kill floor, and instead of adding more kill cones, he added this table as a staging step to hold slaughtered birds between the kill cones and the scalder. It also makes a great workstation if you need to cut the feet off your turkeys prior to scalding.
