Stainless Air Chill Rack

This stainless steel air chill rack for chicken accommodates 100 to 150 chickens. Slide the hock of the chicken into the slotted hanger and let air chill. You can also slide the chicken wing into the groove to drain water out of the cavity. The square base adds stability and has a set of 4 casters included to make moving a rack of chicken easy.
