Stainless Steel Twin Tub

The Stainless Steel Twin tub features two self contained tanks with independent drains. The twin tub chill tank is designed as an initial water chill step immediately after evisceration to help remove heat from the recently slaughtered bird. After spending 15 or 20 minutes chilling in cool water, the birds are ready to move to a final chill step.

Overall dimensions are approximately 62″ long x 24″ wide x 34″ tall.
