Save the wear on your arms and discharge the chickens out of the 27″ plucker with a mechanically operated door. Open the latch as the plucker spins and the birds discharge onto a receiving table. The manual latch will outlast any automatically operated door timer on the market.
You must have a receiving table to catch the chickens as they discharge the plucker. you can purchase the table as part of a combo or you can build your own solution. The receiving table has the signature rail on three sides to prevent the chickens from sliding off.
Receiving table measures 40″ long x 26″ wide and fits the contour of the plucker.

Receiving Table
If you build a door into your plucker, you either need a basket or a table to catch the chickens as they leave the plucker. A basket would lose the labor savings of the automatic discharge. We recommend a stainless steel receiving table that’s fabricated to fit the plucker. Receiving table measures 40″ long x 26″ wide.
