Scalder features:

- Automatic temperature control to maintain an even water temp to ensure a proper scald
- Includes a propane regulator for hookup to 20 or 30 lb propane bottles
- Single propane burner

- 14 gauge stainless steel
- 1/2 horsepower motor to rotate the rack
