The Poultry Man 35″ turkey plucker will work on turkeys, chicken, geese, ducks and more. If you’re processing a large number of turkeys or need to pluck more than a few hundred chickens in one day, this is the plucker you want. Easily handle 4 commercial sized turkeys or 12 (or more broilers) broilers. Actual plucker capacity depends on size of birds.
We recommend either the Poultry Man 41″ or 47″ rotary scalder.

By design, the 35″ plucker does not include a feather chute. Feathers fall through the bottom of the rotating drum to the floor and can be scooped up easily. This may not work for everyone, especially if your plucker is in a tight space. The feather chute upgrade directs all the water and feathers out of the plucker into a central location.
The motor is protected and enclosed by a stainless steel cover to help keep water off the motor.
