Mobile Processing Unit (MPU)
The Bird Nerd has first-hand operating experience with an open MPU. A typical Poultry Man MPU features a 30″ rotary scalder, 27″ plucker, evisceration table, chill tank, and kill cones mounted on a landscaping trailer.
The equipment is mounted to the deck of the trailer (with some possible exceptions). Tables and twin tub chill tank may custom fit to the trailer. Contact us for a quote.
