Features of the hand crank scalder:
- 30 inch will scald 4 to 6 chickens or 1-2 turkeys.
- Rotary rack moves the birds through the hot water so you don’t have to
- Automatic temperature control to maintain an even water temp to ensure a proper scald
- Includes a propane regulator for hookup to 20 or 30 lb propane bottles
- Single propane burner
- 110v power required to operate the auquastat (temperature control)

- Optional float & overflow – keeps the water level consistent via a float valve
