Save the wear on your arms and discharge the turkeys out of the 35″ plucker with a mechanically operated door. Open the latch as the plucker spins, and the birds discharge onto a receiving table. The manual latch will outlast any timer operated latch on the market.
You must have a receiving table to catch the chickens as they discharge the plucker. The receiving table has the signature Poultry Man rail on three sides to prevent the chickens from sliding off.
Receiving table measures 40″ long x 26″ wide and fits the contour of the plucker.

Receiving Table
If you build a door into your plucker, you either need a basket or a table to catch the chickens as they leave the plucker. A basket would lose the labor savings of the automatic discharge. We recommend a stainless steel receiving table that’s fabricated to fit the plucker. Receiving table measures 40″ long x 26″ wide.
