30″ Stainless Rotary Scalder

Scalder features:

• 4 to 6 bird capacity, depending on size
• 1 to 2 turkeys, depending on size
• Timer to perfectly scald your chickens, ducks, or turkeys every time
• Rotary rack moves the birds through the hot water so you don’t have to
• Drive train uses a 1/2 HP motor and speed reducer worm gear
• Digital thermostat control to maintain an even water temp to ensure a proper scald
• Includes a propane regulator for hookup to 20 or 30 lb propane bottles
• Single propane burner
• 110v power
• 14 gauge stainless steel

• Scald tank is 30″ long x 24″ wide by  22″ tall
• Rack Dimensions: 22″ wide x 28″ long
• Overall dimensions: 49″ long x 29″ wide x  35″ tall

When evaluating the overall scalder size with  your processing floor, please allow room to access all sides of the scalder. You must remove the back panel to access the burners and light the burners. The train is on the left side.
